Our staff is dedicated to providing services that are tailored to the needs of each individual in
the Apex community. We work to give families the resources, help and supportive environments
they need, so that they can focus on the classes they enjoy and the time they spend together.
We work with families to create customized programs that are covered by insurance, and offer guidance to make the process easy. Apex offerings qualify as community classes that are covered by Medicaid and can be included in a self-directed services program.
We help parents sign up for self-direction services, and we work with fiscal intermediaries (FIs) as needed. Our staff can also assist in handling all of the forms, billing and correspondence required.
Apex frequently hosts special events, holiday celebrations and casual get-togethers to help families find support and inspiration. Spending time with other members of the Apex community gives families a chance to relax, make new friends and share their experiences.
Parents are always welcome to visit our center, ask questions and revise class schedules as needed. We give each of our families the personal attention and flexibility they need to benefit from our program.
We offer families and friends the opportunity to spend time in the relaxing and enriching environments of our music and art studios. Available for rental by the hour and in customizable packages, our music and art studios include the Talent Terrace, Music Haven, our Art Circle studios, and Tehallel Paradise, a beautiful space offering seating areas and a baby grand piano.
Studios can be reserved with or without an instructor for assistance with musical and artistic activities, including paint parties.
